You get your own database.
- Backups are performed daily.
- Having your own database keeps the overall records low and data gathering fast. One of the items that slows a website down is querying data from a database.
- Adding fields to tables to support custom features.
You get your own copy of the RFCMMS web application.
- Login uses One-Way encryption. Cannot read back to readable format, can only perform a comparison during the login process.
- Backups are performed daily.
- With your own copy of the website, you will not have any other customers sharing any files that control the environment.
- Application supports unlimited number of locations (Main Warehouse, Maintenance Facility, Production Facility, etc.).
- Ability to search for parts across all locations and see other locations inventory levels.
  Say you had a motor fail and you do not have a replacement. You can search other locations inventory and see if they have it.
- Shared document library will only show your own company attachments.
- Custom built reports or views can be achieved because your environment is your own.
  FYI, if a custom report request would benefit all customers, the cost of the custom report would be free.
- RFCMMS MiddleWare module will be included with the website application. RFCMMS is already setup to use this module, just needs to be turned on.

- Provide your own logo for your print outs.

What will not happen.

Layouts will not change so all customers have the same views. This assists with maintenance on our end. We are from the manufacturing industry so we have all the views and titles that are correct. Critique is always welcome, no one is flawless.
Integrating third-party applications will not be allowed. This may cause conflict with compatibility.
Making custom reports that linking multiple remote databases can be accomplished, BUT we will not be responsible for any issues that arise.
